I really want to give five points of praise, but... The front desk on duty on Sunday afternoon is very speechless. I called in the past and connected for five seconds without talking. I thought I had a problem with my mobile phone; The two families took the children to the 37-degree high temperature before they knew that the pool could not be used. Asking if they could give a simple breakfast was completely business-oriented. The room type upgrade of the platform hopes that she will open two rooms to see the lake. It is not said that there is no room. I can see the lake and the garden. As a result, the room in the garden is not very well ventilated. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement and a room with the same orientation. I may not want to give us convenience. The service staff on duty the next day was very good.

Next time I travel, this will still be my first choice!

FFangmananshanThis is a great value hotel with new equipment, a large TV, and separate wet and dry bathrooms. There are many places to eat nearby, and it's very close to Xiangzhou Fantasy Night Market. There's a parking lot behind the hotel. We had a delicious and affordable clear mutton hotpot at Liaozai's in Maping nearby.

The room was clean and tidy, decorated with great care, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, hot water comes quickly and the water pressure is appropriate.

The layout and structure of the room are very problematic. There is a huge right angle recessed. The space is much smaller and it looks very depressed. It is very uncomfortable to see this right angle and the area of the window is very small.
The toilet is very old and needs to be pressed for a long time to flush thoroughly.

MM22006****The hotel room is spacious and the service is good. The room type we booked was in Building B, and the dining area of the hotel was in Building A. Since we were traveling with children, the front desk staff Pan Jing was very enthusiastic and considerate when we checked in. Considering that it was convenient for us to take our children to dine, we didn’t have to run back and forth between the two buildings. We were assigned a room in Building A. It's so thoughtful and awesome.
