"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, even asking if I had any room preferences. Their service was superb. The room was spotlessly clean, and I especially loved the disposable towels, which made me feel completely at ease. The view outside was also quite nice. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the smart TV offered convenient one-click screen mirroring. There are shops downstairs, and they even have robot delivery directly to your room, which was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

There is also a good attitude to see that the young ladies are working hard to serve everyone, and the two farmhouse dishes recommended are very delicious, like it.
Let's talk about the next few places to be improved, I hope I can have a better experience next time:
1. Paddle board: When you check in, you can emphasize that the experience of the paddle board is a board (even for two people), otherwise you will know that you will feel that you will be treated perfunctory because it is free. In addition, just rowed out for 20 minutes, was driven by the boat and said that it was time to go back, but slowly returned to have ten minutes of time, suspected that other boaters recognized the wrong person, but happy good mood instantly. Fortunately, the young lady and the boater who took to the pier had a good attitude. The boater let us play for a while.
2. Room:

The ambiance here is simply incredible. The moment we stepped into the glamping area, we felt completely refreshed – a courtyard surrounded by lush greenery, and a very Instagrammable common lounge area. Every photo we took looked straight out of a vacation magazine 📸.
As someone who frequently travels with kids, my biggest worry is always the hassle of it all, but this place completely exceeded my expectations!
• **Super thoughtful service details**: They proactively asked what our child liked to eat, and there are so many toys available for kids to play with. It instantly made traveling with kids half as easy! 👶✨
• **Flexible and warm service**: The staff here are absolutely wonderful; their service is always “on point” without being intrusive. When our food delivery was potentially delayed, they immediately helped coordinate with the kitchen to prepare a simple meal. When our child missed a meal, they left warm congee and side dishes for us. This kind of thoughtful kindness hidden in the details really touched my heart ❤️.
If you want to have a stylish yet relaxed trip with your kids, this is absolutely the place to choose! I've already recommended it to all my friends with children, and we'll definitely be back next time! 🥰

QQinshimingyue2008If you like nature and greenery, this is a worthy choice for a quiet rest. The food in the restaurant is delicious, Cantonese food! Because next to the orchard, there happened to be grapefruit to eat, which was very sweet. It is close to Wanlu Lake, and there are more programs in summer. If you like quietness like us, there are fewer people here in autumn and winter, so you like it!
To come here, it is best to drive over at the high speed from Dengta Town to avoid the twists and turns of the mountain road. If you like mountain roads, coming here from Heyuan City will satisfy your expectations. Please pay attention to safety when driving, as there are occasionally people and chickens on the mountain roads.

AAlec Muklewicz 穆子德Excellent hotel. A little dated and underutilized due to the overly high capacity of the hotel, but the amenties available were excellent. Location is superb. Lovely view of everything. Restaraunts serve pretty high quality food, particularly the Jade garden* (can't remember if that was the name) restaraunt. Some of the best bbq prok (chaoshao) I've ever had. The hakka food and the breakfast there are also pretty good. Highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Wanlv lake.

The front desk lady was very good. She also introduced us to the play guide. The breakfast was also local rice noodles. The hotel's location is great, very quiet surroundings, and I could even smell the scent of wood in the room, which made for a very sound sleep. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pork hock rice noodles, which felt very authentic. The staff's service was also very attentive; they proactively helped introduce activities and restaurants right when I checked in on the first day, which felt very welcoming. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I've already recommended it to friends!

MM269330****國慶出遊路過河源順便逛一逛，酒店的位置不錯，門口有個廣場，晚上很熱鬧，有擺地攤的，吃的東西也很多，可能是居民區的原因，9點後廣場也安靜下來了，很適合吃飽遛彎。去南園古村也很方便，附近還有糖巢社區打卡點 ，價格也是誠意滿滿，這性價比多猶豫一秒都是對它的不尊重！
