Fairfield by Marriott Busan Reviews

Amazing service, clean the rooms every day. We were washing and drying our clothes, they collected the clothes, folded them and put them in our room when we asked them if it’s possible because we wanted to explore the city instead of waiting for the clothes. Location is near the beach, however haeundae area in general is a bit far from the city centre and other sightseeing places.

The location was perfect: near the beach and the market. About 15 minutes walk from the subway station.

Excellent experience, staff very professional and friendly, upgraded for free our room after we explained our previous experience that was a disaster with the hotel staff in Seoul

Tissue papers all around sink when I first checked in. Instead of apologizing to me personally, the Duty manager Mr Brian Park refused to see me throughout the 3 days of my stay and hide in his office.(Cave) So disappointed,to receive such service from such reputable establishment Marriott Group.

The hotel was a little bit far away from the railway station but there were a lot of shops and restaurants in between so it wasn't a big issue. The room was also clean and comfortable but it was a little bit weird to only have one door sharing between the toilet and shower cubicle.

Excellent location and clean room! Check-in process was so fast!

Breakfast was reasonable, slightly better than most basic. Now 20% off so worth trying. Bed is great!

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

Almost was good. But front staffs' service was not so good, not attention to the customers.

It is 10 minutes from the subway.  It is clean and they have a cool sliding board to cover the bathroom from the bedroom.  The luggage storage system is good and I had no problems at this hotel.  I didn’t use the facilities. 

Good! Enjoyed the stay alot

It located in the Center and close to the nearby restaurant and street food as well
