It was poor service and we ordered 2 twin rooms and reception doesnt know we ordered room and said no room and give us small single bedroom and quilt was so dirty please dont order it. Also in site they said include breakfast but in fact no breakfast.

It was very good. Well decorated and clean.

It was nice that there were adequate amenities, such as restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the room was clean. The TV doesn't stay on. The wifi is good, but the pillow is a bit high and hard so it gets stuck in my neck. But the bed is really wide and big. One bed can accommodate up to 4 people.

It's okay, it's moderate. There's a massage chair.

We booked this hotel thinking it was close to the train station but no, it's 1 hour away, there are like 8 hotels with the same name in the city, be careful with that! We had to travel a lot to get to the hotel but we didn't complain because the price was very cheap. As soon as you enter, there is a horrible smell of tobacco throughout the building, so strong that it makes you nauseous. The room, nothing to do with the photos, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired since the windows are full of dust and there is 0 daylight, you cannot open the windows and all day it is a dark room that does not give feeling of security. My friend and I were just 2 girls traveling alone in a foreign country and we were scared in that hotel. The shower is a very large room that, I can't explain why, but it doesn't give confidence. The soap offered is in a bar (not new) and even had short hairs stuck to it, disgusting. The only good thing I can say is that the lady at the reception was very kind trying to explain the hotel's facilities to us.
