"Stayed here for 4 nights. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Free car park on site, never had a problem getting a space even tho hotel was pretty full. Room was spacious altho wardrobe space could have been larger. Small shower cubicle in decent sized bathroom. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice - cold meats, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, fruit, yoghurts, pastries, breads, bacon and scrambled eggs. Oat milk provided as the alternative to cows milk. Are there one evening and the food was very good. Next door is a Penny supermarket and just down the road is an Aldi. Bus stop 50m down the road and around a 15min walk into Burscheid."

"We were at Silvester gala with 5-G-ange menu in the mirror cell for the show "Les Plaisirs du Palais" with the Cirque Buffon. The show was very good, great praise to the actors. There were no claims even in the service. I forgive one star only because one must forgive one. It was a big 5-Gang-Menu with Silvester gala and I ordered cards for this because we wanted to make a unforgettable evening. Well, this ended at 23:00, as the show ended at that time. My idea of Silvester-Gala is a little different. Indeed, there is show until midnight and you don't have to stand out for a hour until the end of the year when you enter silence and irritated faces. The 5-Gange menu was changed from Mr Wisskirchen at the beginning to a 4-Gange menu because you want to serve fingerfood for the year's shift. Sorry, then I order a 4-Gang-Menu with fingerfood and not 5-Gang-Menu. The first time was very promising, but the level could not be maintained. The soup was cold and half of the cold brooms swam on my underground and the serving on it. The plates at the main hall were cold, which also noted the supplements that came cold. Only my fish was really warm and the portion acceptable. My husband had the meat walk, his portion reminded more of a too small portion of children. And there were clearly larger portions, for example those of the table neighbor. Dessert was ok. If I wanted a normal show with 4-Gang-Menü, I would have come on one of the other days, since the prices were much more moderate (60€ less per card!). For the 120 euros I could have spent Silvester very delicious. It should be mentioned that despite manegen places we had a very limited view because of the extremely narrow stealing. Sorry, I had really introduced the evening differently."

"The hotel is close to the train station, with a cable car station nearby and many shops around. The room is small and the suitcase is hard to open. We booked a room with a sofa bed, but we were given a sofa that couldn't be pulled out (I got a sofa bed in another city). When we asked the front desk, they only gave us some bedding, so the child curled up on the short sofa to sleep. The breakfast was also simple with not much food. The hotel has a paid parking lot."
