衞生：衞生超級差！！！洗澡的時候拿浴巾，一打開裏面一個死蚊子。。。這是900多的民宿？？
設施：晚上的水基本上都不熱，洗澡都是湊合洗洗而已。

居住滿意，房間很大很乾凈，二樓房間窗外景色很美。由於酒店在賈登嶼的最後一個公交站，因此周圍很安靜，離山上很近，晚上可以拍星空。房間的電視機是TCL的，比大多數酒店的要好，手機投屏很方便。前台小哥小妹有些羞澀，人很好。
晚上得早點回來，如果回來晚了，可能因為其他旅客把熱水用完了，導致幾乎沒有熱水。另外，門窗都關閉的情況下，還是會有幾衹蒼蠅飛進來，不知道是怎麼進來的。

房間很不錯，熱水很好，是住在新的住宿區的，離喀納斯景區很近。比住小木屋舒適多了，划算。早知道有這個，小木屋都不住了。
