在喀納斯鴻福酒店住了2晚。酒店設施優秀，環境優美，特別是前台小姐姐丁婷的熱情接待令人賓至如歸。不但詳細介紹酒店入住各項事宜，還主動推薦遊玩線路，使我們在入住當天下午就順利圓滿的游完了3灣。入住兩天後準備離店時發現租的車故障無法行駛，丁婷又積極幫忙協調聯繫人員檢查，發現無法排除故障後，還貼心地把我們的房間免費延後了幾個小時，大大緩解了我們等待期間的焦躁。知道我們換車離開之後，她還通過微信再次詢問是否安全抵達目的地，真是非常的貼心和暖心。為丁婷美眉點贊，希望你工作順利，生活美滿，事業更上一層樓。

工作人員很熱情，還會幫忙拖行李，舒適度很高，房間也比較乾淨，整體入住心情很不錯，不知道是不是地面結冰了，走的時候地面有點滑摔了一跤，建議可以搞點防滑的，整體還是很不錯的

酒店規模挺大，感覺坐落在林中一棟棟小別墅，負氧離子高，酒店服務特別好，一排工作人員站在門，分工協作，有引導辦理入住有提行李的，感覺特別好，晚上篝火晚會很熱鬧
