此行新疆之旅住過最差勁的一家酒店，第一天晚上酒店入住，想再要兩瓶水，被前台告知：“水斷貨了，沒有了，得等”，第二天九點，也是想要水，繼續告訴我：“水沒有了，斷貨了，去進貨了” 這個理由我真是聞所未聞，這麼大個酒店，水都得現去進貨？然後兩個小時後我再去退房的時候，看見了保潔車上成箱的水，這個就是證明前台在撒謊，根本不是斷貨，就是人家不想給你這兩瓶水，可笑嗎？？？？前台那大姨態度也差的要命，説客房有水她不知道，誰信？？？！！住的七樓 房間裏還有蒼蠅，真是無語了，就這種服務態度，趁早我看得倒閉

酒店地理位置還不錯，離俄羅斯風情街非常近。酒店送我們早餐券，但是早餐比較難吃，説實話。但是服務還是不錯的，相對來説比較滿意我們這個房間朝向有點問題，朝西沒有陽光。
