超好超好的民宿，一早就幫我們把需要的東西準備好，車一到門口，老闆娘張總，店主小爭，管家莎拉就大開門迎出來幫我們拿行李，推輪椅，小爭很熱心，帶我看了好幾個available 不同的房型，超耐心的讓我換來換去，又幫我們把衣服拿去洗又送回來，莎拉也是好有耐心的幫我們把行李搬來搬去（因為我換了房又想換回來😅😅），小爭和員工們都很熱情，需要什麼馬上趕到，及刻送上房，房門沒開，人就等在門口了，服務快又周到，張總很熱心，親力親為，幫我媽媽推輪椅，扶上扶下。隔天見到另一個管家姐姐Tina.車一到酒店門口就迎上來幫忙了，很可惜就住了兩個晚上，真真不捨得。有機會肯定住回同一家😁👍👍👍👍👍👍

房間很好，佈局很好，早餐很好，特別是早餐的包子，真的太好吃了，特別有當地特色，我覺得這是一家認真做民宿的，晚上送了我們西瓜吃，要是多送點就更好了，另外服務真的很熱情。樓下也有很多公共空間。酒店發的照片很真實，房間打掃的很乾凈！推薦。

環境：非常nice，旁邊就有河，窗外有花很美，離網紅橋和吃飯的地方也很近

房間在一樓，落地窗就是一面牆！不過晚上很安靜！周圍用餐還算方便！設計的很美，離開幾天了，最印象深刻的酒店還是它！服務人員親切，早飯也挺好的！還給打包咖啡和水，路上喝！

做民宿很用心，會有哈薩克族小姐姐進出幫拿行李送到房間特別淳樸的微笑服務
像店長的貴州小哥哥很帥，也很有個性好溝通。升了房，超級開心。樓頂露台也很棒，有一些簡單的小朋友遊樂設施，可以坐歇。喝茶等，綠植也不錯，民宿位置在首尾很好找。
床墊更像記憶棉的很適合我，不是特別軟那種。床品也好睡

額爾齊斯河邊設計師款民宿沒有讓人失望，房型設計適合一家人住宿，房間裏有個隔斷門，方便又有私隱。一次性用品齊全有品質，床品一致認為很舒服，長者和孩子都為房間點贊👍早餐準備的比較齊全，落腳和度假不二選擇。
