這是我外出遊玩時最滿意的酒店！沒有之一！因為前台很熱情很信任遊客，給代表新疆的酸奶（馬三三）作為入住小禮物🎁；酒店裡的一切小用品，水都免費！還有書架（目前為止第一次看到酒店有專門的書架），而且都是宣傳地方的，非常欣賞！免費提供哈薩克族服飾帽子拍照打卡！甚至允許我們遊客穿出去網紅橋打卡，回來再還給他們。我説要檢查一下嗎？她們説，不需要，您放着我們掛就行，但是作為遊客，我們自己掛上去了，這衣服可不是🍑寶樣子貨，是真手工做的重工珠子，亮片，看上身效果就能感受到它的價值！下次去還住，有連鎖店我也還去！同行的同事一家三口也都很滿意👍值得無限次入住！

一家不錯的店，位置好，離河很近，不遠處就是塔橋；門前停車位比較多，適合自駕；房間寬敞，有民族風設計感 ；衞生不錯；床品舒服；前台服務態度好，進店送酸奶，離店還給小孩子送了金絲玉掛件。可惜酒店沒有早餐。

酒店設施齊全，因是新開的酒店，東西都非常新，毛巾非常柔軟，房間也夠大。有免費的停車場🅿️旁邊就有一家非常好吃的早餐店，還有免費的哈薩克斯坦族的服裝免費提供試穿，方便拍攝民族裝。工作人員服務態度都很好，有酸奶提供。
