酒店的地理位置和環境都非常好
房間內整潔乾淨各種一次性用品都準備得很齊全而且走廊上有免費拿的農夫山泉前台的服務也很熱情
不過就是有一點房間的隔音不太好晚上隔壁打呼嚕很響我在房間裏能聽得很清楚...

前台小姐姐很熱情周到，還給我們升級了房型，陽台一打開就看到雪山還有北斗七星，房間地暖特別暖，也很乾凈，前一晚夏希爾頓洗了冷水澡，但是這家的洗澡水燒的特別熱 早餐也不錯，反正是個特別值得住的酒店🥰🥰🥰

房間很乾凈，沒有異味，衞生間乾濕分離。陽台上就可以看到星星，真是名符其實的星空酒店。雖然離禾木遊客服務中心略遠，但有接送且響應迅速。

管家超級nice早早就聯繫我告知我出行方式，等到禾木山莊之後也派接駁車來接送我們。
第二天早上要去看晨霧因為沒有景交車，就幫我們約了出租車，80一輛包車可惜沒遇上可以一起拼車的，但是能看到晨霧真的很值得。晚上出來真的可以看到超級多星星哦！
看完晨霧下來趕不上早餐了，聯繫灰太狼管家之後，幫我們留了兩份早餐！太太太感動啦。酒店的整體條件真的比民宿好太多了。
洗衣房四台洗衣機四台烘乾機一台洗烘一體機，但是還是很忙碌的。最重要的是烘乾機不顯示烘乾時間，有點讓人困惑。
禾木實在是留下了太多的回憶，我還會再回來的！！（遇上灰太狼管家説不定是一種冥冥中的註定）

這家酒店真的那叫一個差，要服務沒有服務，將近2000元房間，早餐比豬食都難吃，評分竟然到4.6分，這種檔次還不去200元的賓館，真心不推薦，各方面都不行。太差了
