出來十幾天了，整個西北之行到目前印象最好的酒店，設施，服務，風景加起來十分一流，本來衹打算住一天，捨不得走就又待了一天。感謝我們的管家林哥，給我們升級了陽台房，這個陽台給了我們很大驚喜，躺在屋裡就可以看見滿眼的綠色和牛馬，到了晚上又有多的像牛毛一樣的星星；每次出門去村裡，管家林哥和其他員工都是笑盈盈立刻接送的，真的好似回家一樣。設施使用也很平滑（住了兩天都沒什麼毛病，這在這類地方的酒店裡算難得），水電不缺，相信冬天來滑雪也會住的很舒服（暖氣等體會了再説）

酒店很大很豪華，還有幾棟未啟用，有大停車場，適合自駕，就是進來的小路相當窄，會車小心（它在遊客中心最裡麪）。
硬件一流，這個值得推薦；熱水需要小心使用。
但服務確實需要提高。
估計老闆要求員工提升客户滿意度，但是主管又還沒找到什麼好辦法，底下員工做得比較牽強。
例如臨走的時候，客人雙手拖着兩衹大箱子，然後前台送兩瓶飲料，這就很尷尬，人家怎麼有空餘的手接？硬接了，怎麼拖兩衹箱子呢？就不能主動喊人或者直接親自幫一下手？我旁邊看得尷尬病都犯了。
主觀希望很客氣，但現實中沒有那種服務的意識，這個很要命。
服務層面感覺他們都很努力，但總是覺得怪怪的，不知道怎麼做好服務。
