Best price in the area. The rooms are updated and look like cute little cottages with a porch and covered parking. The bathroom was very spacious. Sam at the front desk was helpful and friendly, he really seemed to care about our experience. I'd highly recommend staying there when you're in Burnet.

The rooms smelled fresh and clean. Sitting outside with my coffee in the morning, one of my favorite things to do here. It is very quiet and peaceful. Listen to the birds Stay here every time in area. The bedding is very comfortable. The owners are very nice folks.

The pillows were soft and room freshly remodeled and very clean.. very quiet and organized and the guy said if I left my review he would give me a discounts for when I have to be close to work in Bertram.. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and bee going to this motel for years when needed and always so nice and clean and respectful place..

Good clean rooms with well lighted parking lot. Fridge, microwave and TV; felt like home! Short notice reservation was accepted by owner. Rooms were nice and cool during this heat wave in Texas. Going back next month.

AC was set on 61 and the room never got cool. Miserable night's sleep due to being hot. The AC wasn't even on when we got in the room. It was 95 degrees outside when we checked in. During the summer the AC in every room should be left on in my opinion
