Element Vancouver Metrotown Reviews

everything was great! The location is very close to city center and metrotown. lots of restaurants beside it. only thing i hate is parking is 25 bucks a night, kinda expensive.

The room was booked for my son and his family including a 10 months old baby. I have stayed in this hotel for many times and this time we were assigned to the 27th floor which the King one bedroom suite is much smaller than we used to stay. This was really out of our expectation since we have rented several baby products such as play pan, car seat etc and there are not enough space for us to settle them in the room.

cleanliness can be improved

Visit with granddaughter. Hotel is perfectly located for our needs. Close to shopping and close to Sky Train station for easy access to downtown Vancouver. Streets are cleaner and safer than downtown Vancouver. This is our go to hotel when we visit the Vancouver area.

I have had really good time staying in this hotel. Facility, staffs & service are above expectation. Although I have one tiny little issue, which is only have one charging station. Obviously there are more EVs in Vancouver these day so, it would be a lot more convenient for EV drivers. At the end thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel service is satisfactory, the counter staff is willing to help, and I recommend friends to stay here. I will stay here again. But you need to bring your own slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush as the hotel does not provide them. The hotel breakfast is a surprise and different every day. 

The airport is conveniently accessible, and the surrounding living facilities are complete, especially the Chinese supermarket. The breakfast is a bit simple but nutritious. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby, and the room is equipped with a kitchen. Good reviews!

This is my second time staying at Element Metrotown. It is very comfortable because the room is equipped with a small kitchen so you can cook like at home.

In the center of Burnaby, opposite the hotel is the purely Chinese Regent Plaza, but this plaza is nothing special except for Heytea. Walking to the subway station is a big shopping mall, and there is also a big Chinese Super League and Walmart. The room we stayed in also had a sofa bed, but the best thing was the balcony, the view was very good.

The location is very convenient. The parking lot is easy to park at 25 Canadian dollars per night. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. There are many snacks on the second floor of the Regent opposite. It is useful to bring some cash.

The first choice hotel for business trips in Burnaby, good location, convenient to everywhere, opposite the Chinese shopping mall Regent Plaza, one-stop for eating and shopping. The hotel breakfast is free but extremely monotonous. There is a kitchen where you can cook something simple or go to the Chinese supermarket opposite to buy some ingredients to cook by yourself
