nice room and great breakfast. Children love it. there're some business activities that day，so many people，a little crowded. the window screen is broken.

Good customer Care

Boston Marriott Burlington was a pleasant stay as the room was very clean and the buffet breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Front desk staff were especially kind and provided all the information that we needed during our stay. We felt very welcomed by the front desk staff. The hotel was a little far from the central area and guests would need a car or take an uber to get food (other than the restaurant in the hotel). There were plenty of parking spots available for the guests. We would stay here again if we had an occasion to visit Boston.

Pool and fitness center was closed. Bathroom in suite had little privacy (clear glass barn door, can see into bathroom while on the king bed). Everything was clean and updated otherwise.

This experience at Marriott Hotel was very disappointing and infuriating. In the early morning of March 16, after using the bath towel provided by the hotel to dry my body and hair, I found traces of suspected urine stains. As a woman, I felt very disgusted by this incident. I immediately reported it to the front desk and communicated with their solution. As a four-star hotel, Marriott Hotel immediately only stated that it could provide more new towels. We once again explained that we only discovered this situation after using the towel. Another female front desk clerk said very strongly that because we paid on a third-party platform, we could not provide us with any refund and arrogantly said that we could provide us with free breakfast. And on the two nights from March 14 to March 16, there were often children playing and fighting in the corridor.

The hotel is very big, the rooms and beds are spacious, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Burlington Mall, and 10-15 minutes to walk to a small business district with Starbucks and clothing stores. Both western restaurants are very good. You can make reservations on Yelp in advance. You can go to the surrounding towns to play, which is not far away. It usually takes about 10-30 minutes to drive. The hotel breakfast is very rich at $25, the gym is also great, and the swimming pool is also good.

The room was nice but the service was poor. The wifi was disconnected for a long time after check-in. The hotel alarm was not turned off and woke me up early in the morning. Generally recommended, I would choose a nearby one next time.

The room was quite dusty. It was probably cleaned only after a long time. I was charged for no reason. There were many people staying in the room. There were no other cost-effective hotels nearby. Overall, it was OK.

The hotel is in a very quiet and convenient location, close to downtown Boston, just off the highway. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient. The service is also good. There are not many breakfast items, but an omelet is big enough to fill you up.

The room facilities are fairly new, the space is quite large, and the hygiene is good. It is just a bit remote. You need to transfer 2 buses to get to downtown Boston. The overall environment is OK

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Boston (chosen because it is close to the destination), and the rooms and basic facilities are good.

The hotel covers a large area. The design is very garden-like. The internal facilities are complete. There are gyms and restaurants. The room design is also very practical. Parking is convenient. The location is not far from important attractions.

It is definitely far from Boston. But for the price, it is really cheap. If you want to travel to the city, I don't recommend it. But if you want to stay in the hotel and go out for a walk at noon, it is still okay. Someone was getting married on the day I arrived. The front desk was very friendly!
