Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando Reviews

This hotel was conveniently located near the Orange County Convention Center. The room was also cleaned every day. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the sound leaked when there were noisy people outside.

Great location, close to everything we needed. We were in the building furthest from the lobby but that is great if you want to get your steps in. We didn't get to utilize the restaurants because we are out early each day but loved the fact they had a Starbucks on site.

Stayed for a weekend with my children. The hotel is somewhat dated but very clean. It does have a restaurant of which we did not dine in and they also have a store to buy snacks and drink. It closes at 1 am which was nice. A very small arcade is on the grounds and the location to the theme parks are very convenient especially with the provided shuttle service. The front staff was very accommodating and provided all and any questions that I had. Take note that there is a $50 deposit which will be returned within a few business days depending on your banking institution. Overall I would say it’s a good hotel to stay for a weekend to take advantage of the proximity to IDrive, Pointe Orlando ( it’s literally next door and has a movie theater too with a bunch of stores and restaurants) and the parks.

Very convenient location, right in front of bus 38 which take you directly to universal studio. Has a lot of fast food restaurants such as Domino’s , subway around the area. There’s also a Walgreens across the street. However this inn is right next to some helicopter company and whenever you walk across that area, it smells like gasoline. Facility is also kind of cheap on amenities. Bar soap and shampoo and conditioners only replaced every other day.

Well located and clean hotel on I drive, plenty of restaurants available in walking distance. Rooms are dated but functional, noise can be an issue if you have a room close to the helicopter tours next door or overlooking the i4.

Great experience! My son enjoyed his birthday getaway,Rosen made the experience and check in easy, very professional and helpful staff,our room was clean and stay was very pleasant!

Had to wait very long before checking in, rooms were very far from lobby... I was charged twice when checking out, the receptionist said that my payment online wasn't made and asked me for additional deposit and did not refund me....

I walk into room it look nice clean then I noticed hair pin on floor guest left items on floor near bed little smell tub look dirty dirty housekeeping do poor job Zero star not United States workers

Stayed at the hotel for the second time and similar to the last stay. The hotel is basic but has everything you need a comfy bed and a shower. No issues with the cleanliness of the hotel however the cleaners were trying to come in at 8 every morning and when asked to come back later insisted they wanted to clean while we were in the room. We found that you’re best to request a room over the front of the hotel as the ones facing the I4 can be a little noisy

First of all the check in took 30-40 minutes, with only 2 working ther were 6 counters though. I have seen roaches in the bathroom and on the bed which I’m sleeping on, felt so digusted and asked them to change our room, they were like, all the rooms are booked. So we left the place and booked another hotel nearby. Never visiting this hotel again.

Checkin was fast at 11pm but can take longer during the day. The complex is huge and you really need the map to locate your room. Room was clean. We stayed just one night after our arrival in the states. Would stay again for a good price.

Great location to mall, restaurant and pharmacy. Room is big but cleaniness need to improve but acceptable. Counter information with disneyland and universal studio available. Will come again!!
