The hotel is in a good location with good transportation. There is a train station in front of it, which is very convenient to get to Amsterdam. There is a park nearby where you can run and walk in the morning. The hotel room and bed are much smaller than those in China. It is not comparable.

Booked a room for a friend, it's OK. Washing powder is outside, convenient. Breakfast is OK, location is convenient, next to the train station. It's convenient to eat and shop around. High safety factor, hotel management is OK.

Het was een eenvoudig hotel, prima voor een nachtje naar zou hier zelf geen uitvalsbasis van maken voor bijvoorbeeld een citytrip.

Serita was very accommodating, couldn't do enough for us. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea. Rooms were a good size, clean and bright. Coffee machine and hairdryer in the room. Beds comfy! Hotel right next to the station perfect location!

We had an awful experience at this hotel, and I regret ever staying here. I strongly urge others to avoid this place. The staff were unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. Despite our right to check out at 12 PM, our door was knocked on at 11 AM, simply to confirm we would be leaving. We had checked in very late and had only managed to get a few hours of sleep. As our sleep was broken by them, I informed the staff that I might need to check out a little later, but at exactly 12:10 PM, the hotel manager came to our door, threatening to have us removed by the police if we didn’t leave immediately. My son was terrified. Instead of offering an apology for disturbing us earlier or resolving the issue, the manager continued with rude behavior, even worse than the staff’s. While I was discussing the issue with the manager, a member of the cleaning staff also joined in, further escalating the argument. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I was only 10 minutes late, which I had already explained, yet the situation was handled in the worst possible manner. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very central .. steps away from train station terminal. Nice lobby and reception. Very good welcome from receptionist. Room was small , as was the shower and toilet area, but clean . Single beds were a bit uncomfortable. Two hallway lights were not working and I reported it the first day . They were never replaced after my 5 night stay. Nice breakfast , but a bit expensive. Housekeeping came before 12 on two days , and was told to come back later . Went out by 1 pm , but room was unmade when I returned. Otherwise, a nice stay in comfortable, safe area.

The staff at reception were so lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and as expected. Everything worked and there was a free hot drink machine downstairs. We had an emergency (bed bugs) and had to leave our original hotel and relocate here in the middle of the night. Our friends staying here told the receptionist and they sorted out a room for us at the next availability, and made sure it was clean and ready for us. Location is lovely too as bussum is soo nice, and not far at all from amsterdam.

For our purpose: walking Trekvogelpad in an excellent location, near the station. Spacious room, good bed, fairly good breakfast, dinner was good during the week. On weekends they have a very limited menu. Booking an extra night caused some problems because the booking system did not work properly.

Nice big room, good bed. Afterwards, coffee and tea facilities could be obtained at the reception. We weren't told that. Too bad. Well located for public transport. I wanted to book an extra night and that was only possible online. However, my email address could not be used, so I ultimately reserved via Booking com. The reception didn't even know how it could be done

To avoid the morning traffic jam from the south, I decided to drive to Bussum the evening before and book an overnight stay at Bastion Hotel Bussum. I really enjoyed my stay there: good location, ample parking, spacious and beautiful room, excellent WiFi, in short: value for money!

Great hotel, clean room/shower. Breakfast was fine. Free parking and possibility for bicycle storage. Next to station and walking distance from the center. Beautiful walking and cycling environment. There was nothing to do in the restaurant, but plenty of choice in the center

The hotel is only basic. The staff very kind and friendly. The cuisine, wanting to reward the friendliness of the chef, is mediocre. It would take very little to make this place sufficient. The location is located in a strategic place. I recommend booking directly at the hotel because I paid almost 40 euros more per night through booking.
