Excellent location, just right beside entrance of the high railway station. Room is very big, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Good location in front of wuxi railway station. Excellent breakfast and good staff. But the hotel no washing machine.

Holiday Inn is very well located right beside the Wuxi train station. Connected at Level 2 allows an easy access to the train station and the various eateries around. Excellent hotel service who provided clear instructions as well as good support to all the questions that we may have. In particular, Phoebe helped us with the check in, she was friendly and very helpful in letting us know how to get around Wuxi and provided us a map around the key scenic areas for our short stay. The stay was exceptionally comfortable with options of hard/soft pillows, clean and smoke-free rooms. Hotel beds were super comfortable and big. Certainly a highly recommended hotel for families with kids, couples and etc.

The service from Cassie Wang in reception was fantastic, the dining hall has a great selection of foods, the room I stayed in was very clean and has beautiful views of Wuxi City. I thank all the staff and people involved for maintaining a beautiful hotel. Many thanks, will come again. 推荐给大家。

The service from the manager Carrie, and staff was top notch. Then the coffee service from Jack patient and efficient. Even the cleaning staff, helpful and promt. We had an issue with the air-conditioning and the maintenance staff was there promptly to sort it out. All you can ask for in a hotel experience. We will use tbem over and over again.

I loved the room and it was very convenient especially for those travelling by train. I managed to catch the cherry blossoms at Wuxi.

A strategic location just next to the Wuxi Train Station. The hotel is located just next to this main station.  The room is sound proof despite the trains crossing at the the station.   The room is clean and the counter staffs are attentive and very help with informations given. Summer Hu offers us a pack of Ginsing fruits after our breakfast . Thanks.

This lovely hotel is just beside Wuxi Central station, with some restaurants and shops for you. Fast check in by the staff. The room provides all the necessary amenities you needed.

The location was very convenient to reach from the train station. The hotel reception was amazing, with quick and English speaking check in staff. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you can think of. Breakfast was huge and lots of options for vegetarians. We would return to this hotel on our next trip.

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

The hotel is a great choice if you want to stay in a place with good service, friendly staff and excellent food. Rooms are big, well equipped and tidy. Breakfast is also very good and you definitely won’t be disappointed with variety of foods to choose from

Just perfect! Everything was impeccable: friendly and effective service, excellent large room with everything needed, great buffet breakfast, and outstanding location. I stayed overnight before a flight from Wuxi Shuofang International Airport, and the location couldn’t be better for that. Coming by train from Shanghai in the afternoon, the hotel entrance is literally right outside the exit gate of Wuxi Central Station, and then next morning, Metro Line 3 which is under the station meant an easy 30 minute trip to the airport.
