Very good hospitality. Rooms are very big and spacious. Breakfast were really delicious.

I don’t want to say that the hotel overall is unsatisfactory. But my personal experience for the night I stayed in the hotel was really disappointing mainly because of one reason. I stayed on the third floor and the bar downstairs played really loud music until almost 4am. I had the marathon run the next morning but I could hardly sleep the whole night. A terrible experience indeed. I called at around 2 or 3am and actually the hotel was willing to give me another room. But since I had to wake up at 4am anyway for the run, so I didnt bother to change the room. I would say the staff was friendly and helpful. But they should really reconsider if that room should be served when the bar downstairs is open.

We loved our stay here. huge room, clean and all staff are helpful and smiling. The buffet was great also. We will book again in our next trip.

It was a good stay.. one thing the elevator and the lobby is not in same level so making it hard to carry luggage

The hotel was undergoing maintenance work when we checked-in and up until March 2024. It's a bit noisy during the day from 6am to 5pm. But it's ok because we're out in the morning. The staff were very helpful. Needs improvement: Steam/sauna room - it's too small Swimming pool - not accessible because of ongoing renovation
