Elephant Hab Lodge

We stayed at several very nice lodges during our trip to Uganda, but Elephant Hab is definitely the most memorable. My twin sister and I arrived the day before our birthday, and Barbrah, Judas, and the rest of the staff at Elephant Hab made sure that it was memorable in so many different ways. The children from the local school perform regularly at the lodge. The night we were there, they gave a delightful song and dance performance, and their grand finale was the best (and longest--nearly 10 minutes) Happy Birthday serenade I have ever received. Every child was allowed a solo to personally wish us a happy birthday--it was perfect! On the day of our birthday, we each came back to towel art birthday cakes and fresh flowers on our beds--just like a cruise ship! Of course, for our birthday dinner the staff brought us out a delicious cake. The chef, who is also the father of twins, was very happy to make us this cake! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rest of the guests were part of large tour groups, so the same dinner menu was planned for both nights of our stay. They offered us our choice of a special menu so that we would not have to eat the same (delicious) buffet twice in a row. When I went to the bar to the bar to recruit a photographer to take our picture in the beautiful infinity pool, he willingly agreed. I don't remember his name, but he was fantastic and even insisted on retaking the pictures because he didn't like the original angle. There are just so many things the staff did to make this a special stay, but the rooms, view, pool, and grounds are already exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Elephant Hab Lodge for a great stay!

During our trip in Uganda we (a Dutch couple) spend one night in de Elephant Hab Lodge (august 29 - 30). If we had known before what a wonderful lodge this is and how nice and friendly the staff of the lodge is, then we definitely would have booked more nights. If we ever return to Uganda we will surely visit the Elephant Hab Lodge again.

Fabulous hotel. Wonderful friendly staff - particular shout out to Babrah (the manager) and Sonia who looked after us. You will struggle to find a more welcoming friendly hotel than this.

We visited Elephant Hab as part of a 9 day tour around Uganda for our Honeymoon through Tubale Safaris. It was my favourite place that we stayed. The pool area is lovely with a great view of the park, the individual huts are very nice, and the staff were incredible, namely Barbara. Barbara welcomed us personally, gave me a hug and then the entire staff came out dancing and singing with a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. They encouraged us to dance and feed each other cake, it was such a nice surprise and so thoughtful and sweet. They also decorated our room beautifully with petals etc. We’d highly recommend Elephant Hab to anyone traveling near Queen Elizabeth National Park 🩷

We stayed 2 nights in the Lodge last week and our time there was amazing. The rooms are Clean and have everything contained which is needed. The Food was absolut delicious and the staff was amazing. Big thanks to all for the pleasent stay - glad to met you, felt very welcome!

The staff was really nice and welcoming. It was nice that you were able to talk to them freely. The lodge was also great and the view was just beautiful. Thanks for the nice time.
