The lodge is really unique. You get to enjoy the best views with some monkeys company. Having breakfast with elephant views is such an experience! The food is tasty and the staff is warm and friendly. The room was just amazing. Super confortable bed, great shower, terrace.. I also enjoyed the activities offered.

Stay at a great location with really nice viewes of the park. Big, very well-designed rooms. The food was delicious and the service was great. The staff was very helpfull. Overall a very good experience! Would recommend to other travellers!

Only give you five stars because we cannot give you more . We toured Uganda in December 2024 doing birding, photography, safari and gorilla trekking. Pumba Cottages was our favourite place! Beautiful setting and views including the views at breakfast and really lovely room. The food was absolutely spot on. But the best was the wonderful welcome and super friendly service by Anette, Michael and all the staff. We would consider a holiday just here to explore the surrounding area. Absolutely unbeatable. Accommodation is comfortable and feels very traditional set in a Beautiful location with sweeping views across the plain and with sightings of animals . The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to stay so much so we returned for another night at the end of Our trip

Sehr nette Leute, wahnsinns Ausblick, gutes Essen. Die Bungalows sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Man überblickt einen Teil vom Queen Elizaberh Nationalpark und kann von oben auch verschiedene Tiere wie zum Beispiel Elefanten beobachten. Klein aber fein!

Pumba Safari Cottages ha un fascino particolare di una struttura di accoglienza turistica ugandese non tanto grande con le stanze e bungalow nascosti tra il verde africano. Posto molto tranquillo Avevo mezzo pomeriggio libero per riposare in compagnia di due scimmiette curiosi. Pioveva e forse anche a loro faceva piacere di stare sotto il tetto del terrazzino del mio cottage. Al bar la bellissima Catherine mi ha portato un bicchierino di Waragi. Tutto questo mi ha fatto sentire come a casa: pigra con piacere di sdraiarmi sui divani della hall in attesa dell' arrivo dei miei amici ugandesi uno dei quali è Hussein un bravissimo guida autista che mi ha accompagnato nel mio viaggio ed ha scelto per quella notte per me questo bellissimo posto. Una bella serata in ambiente famigliare ed amichevole. Ed ai nostri piedi Queen Elizabeth Park con le sue meraviglie. Grazie a tutti lo staff accogliente e premuroso. Un abbraccio.

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view in front of your room and upper deck where you enjoy all meals! We had a nice hot shower too! Food is average to good! Accommodation is basic and rustic, but provides all you need! Good place to stay, will recommend!
