A heartfelt thank you to the team for upgrading our room and surprising my husband with a complimentary birthday dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made his birthday extra special, and we truly appreciated it. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, as it wasn't quite up to the standard we expected. Other than that, we had a great stay and created wonderful memories with our family. We'd definitely consider coming back again."
