My 2nd time stay at the hotel . everything is ok and got minimarket downstairs so,u can grab food or other thing without worry but till 10 pm only (if not mistaken)

The room as per the picture taken by the host, bed sheet, selimut and one of the towel x bersih ye all of them got stain..the sheets even got blood stain on it. Water heater boleh pakai tpi struggle sikit la sbb lama punye kot and the shower head position sgt awkward ye 😅. Amenities only 2 bar soap wifi xleh pakai perabot is really old and kena naik tangga nk smpai ke lobi. the only pros about this room is aircond baru and bilik luas jgk la for the price. All in all padan la kot dgn hrge sesuai utk persinggahan. Siapa yg bwk elderly x di rekomen utk stay sini

Please update the main amenities such as bed, pillow, blanket and tower. This is important for us due to cleanliness and hygiene at least.

I messed up the booking but not able to change or cancel online so I had to pay while I slept elsewhere. Not really their fault but still get a low service grade for it.

Please improve on the room conditions and cleanliness. Bangak semut, taik cicak, habuk everywhere. Receptionist not helpful.
