We were very comfortable. The island is small and from the hotel you are close to all the places of interest. The room is large and clean.
The breakfast is quite complete.
The pool and jacuzzi area is also good.
You can also have parking (as long as there is space because you cannot reserve)

Very mixed evaluation. The hotel is good and very well located, however:
- the staff is not often there. We told Maria at reception that our mini-bar was not cooling. Answer, a mini-bar does not cool. We of course had two rooms and in the other, it was completely cold, even too cold. By moving the electrical outlet, it worked. It was reported but no one ever came.
- room cards that didn't work three times. Every time we pass, we are told that this happens and the third time, we are told that it is because the tourist tax is not paid. Ironically, we went to reception twice to do this but were told later.
- incredible noise in the hotel. The hotel receives groups of young teenagers and they are hellish, we couldn't really sleep until 1-2am.
- if you want to reach the reception, pray that your room is with the new facilities. My daughter got a new room and we got a less new one. The telephone did not work and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done.
Otherwise the hotel is good, comfortable, the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi very good and the restaurant service is excellent. We hesitated with the Seaview and ultimately regretted it.
Despite the hotel's good points, we won't be coming back there again, that's for sure.

There is no way this is 4 star. Things are mismatched and held together by chains (literally). There's holes, the grouting, and finishes are terrible, there's even large chips out of the steps. I avoid walking up the ramps on the steps because they creak really loudly. The are 3 types of plug fitting, but at least 1 is English, oh and the bedding is stained. Only thing going for it is that the staff seem nice. This is much worse than a 3 star I stayed at, in Portugal.

People will always find fault however nice a place is and to be honest there were a few here, however the three things that matter to my wife and I the most are are the comfort of the room, the friendliness of the staff and of course the dining experience. Of those three, they were outstanding. Our room with a small balcony was delightful, fresh and clean as were the hallways in the hotel. When you turned a corner you were hit with a new clean fragrance, very nice. The whole hotel smelled clean. The food was to die for. The choice and quality both for dinner and breakfast was brilliant. There was something for everyone no matter what the dietary requirement was. The staff were so friendly and polite. We arrived too late for the hotel restaurant and Eva showed me how to order food on my mobile. It really wasn't a bother for her. The chicken was delicious. There was very good entertainment every night. This is a hotel we would highly recommend, without ant doubt.

First time travelling solo and reading some of the reviews I was more than a little concerned. No need. Room was more than adequate and very clean. I cannot commend the staff highly enough. Above and beyond with a smile. Guests I met have been returning for years. Only minor concern was that the food in the buffet wasn't overly warm with unheated plates. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment but that did not affect my stay.
