"I love this place. With all the fun facilities available. Starting from easy parking access, a fun and spacious swimming pool, a kidz play ground that has many arenas, a spacious restaurant with good taste, and the alertness of the staff who help very friendly. Wow, I don't regret staying at Aston Serang. But unfortunately, we found a small cockroach running near the coffee bar in the room, then none of the special requests we asked for were given. Please also pay attention to this, including the cleanliness of the room area, especially if used with small children."

I don't know if the lights were turned on/off on purpose. The plus is close to minimart, so daily needs are a little easy to get. Well, I am still consider to come back if i visit Pandeglang again due the lack of choice hotels in Pandeglang"

"1. Quite impressed for the four stars standard even the bathroom is a bit small but equipped with modern facilities. 2. The smart TV is easy to operate not like some other hotels that’s either complicated or frustrating like three remote controls. 3. Size of room is adequate but storages/shelves are minimal. So does the safe is tiny. The king bed is firm but comfortable. 4. Air-conditioning is quiet, operating well and quite responsive. 5. Slippers are cttomfortable to wear. Again not like some other hotels, that’s either too small and uncomfortable. 6. Buffet breakfast offers spread of choices, but the coffees are awful. Room service meals are excellent and offers a nice selection of locals and Asian alike. 7. Conveniently located in the centre of Cilegon, short distance to a new mall, offering fast foods, cafes & restaurants."
