The location is very good, the apartment-style hotel has great security. The room is large, new and clean. Chinatown is just 3 blocks away. It is very convenient for eating and traveling. It is also very safe.

Talk about terrible customer service… They had a power outage in the building (the outage was specific to the building) and we were unable to access our room on the 13th floor. Their backup power generator wasn’t working either. We had to spend the night at another hotel. The next morning the power was still out. We had climb the 13 floors and come back down with our three bags, in the pitch dark as this building doesn’t have emergency lighting in the stairwell. I reached out to the property but they refused to refund me. El edificio tuvo un cortre luz y no pudimos dormir en la habitacion… y no quisieron reintegrarnos Hablando de pésima atención al cliente… Tuvieron un corte de energía en el edificio (no en la zona, sino propio del edificio) y no pudimos acceder a nuestra habitación en el piso 13. Su generador de energía de respaldo tampoco funcionaba. Tuvimos que pasar la noche en otro hotel. A la mañana siguiente todavía no había electricidad. Subimos los 13 pisos y volvimos a bajar con nuestras tres maletas, en la oscuridad total ya que este edificio no tiene iluminación de emergencia en la escalera. Me comuniqué con la propiedad pero se negaron a reembolsarme.

The building had a power outage for at least 12 hours and we couldn't use the room, they wanted us to go up 13 floors in the dark. However, they did not want to refund our money. Regrettable. Also terrible attention to attend to our complaint, very rude. I would never return.

Muy limpio el departamento, tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocas cuadras del estadio de River y del barrio Chino, Belgrano es un barrio lindo y seguro, tiene una gran variedad de puntos gastronómicos por eso cada vez que voy a Bs as busco hospedarme ahí

Hermoso departamento en pleno Belgrano. Si te gusta barrio chico estás a dos pasos. Edificio, equipamiento, cama y ropa de cama de primer nivel. La recepción es excelente y hay cochera dentro del edificio. Abajo dos bares lindos para desayunar o comer.

Très professionnel l'accueil également la sortie. Grand studio avec des baies vitrées qui donnent sur le fleuve et la ville, un beau spectacle jour et nuit. Rooftop au 13ème étage, belle piscine et jardins, belle vue de toute la ville et le fleuve. Quartier sûr et sympa avec plein de restaurqnts, résidence surveillé avec un gardien les 24hs. Bonne literie, bonne clim, tout fonctionne et est très propre.

Sistema poco amigable, la recepción no es la recepción, si vas en auto temes q estacionar x ahí y hacer el check in lo cual puede llevar mucho tiempo. El desayuno comenzaba a las 8am!!… horario muy tarde para bs as, no me informaron cdo hice la reserva, así q debe salir a comprar para desayunar a las 21.30hs. Si uno sabe todo esto y tiene paciencia, el sistema está bueno.

Todo acorde a la descripción. Bien ubicado. Linda terraza. el personal atento a resolver cualquier problema. El Estacionamiento no esta incluido en la tarifa. Eso podría estar mejor aclarado. ......................................
