This hotel is not ideal for business travellers, as there are no irons provided in the rooms. I had to borrow one from the front desk, and the process was surprisingly difficult. The day before my conference, I asked the front desk if I could borrow an iron. They agreed and said I could use it for 30 minutes the next morning. However, when I went to collect it the next day, the experience was quite disappointing. A male receptionist—possibly an intern—told me I could only use the iron for five minutes. I explained that five minutes wouldn’t be sufficient at all and reminded him of the prior agreement. He refused to honour it and, after seemingly pretending to call his manager, told me quite rudely that I was not allowed to use the iron at all. He spoke very limited English and said some spanish words very rudely. I guess he was cursing me? I waited until 8:00 a.m. when the manager arrived. Fortunately, he immediately provided the iron as previously promised. I had to rush back to my room, iron my suit, and head straight to the conference. I’ve never encountered such an issue in any hotel before. While I appreciated the manager’s assistance, the behaviour of the receptionist was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the hotel management takes this seriously.

Great location. Value for money

The hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks

The location is quite good. Its clean but selection of breakfast is only so so for Asian.

Very good. In the city center. The bed is big and the shower is big. Luggage can be stored. There is Starbucks and Carrefour nearby. The only downside is that the network is very poor. But I bought data and basically don't need it.

The room is large and well-equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub and a lot of hot water. The location of the hotel is good, and it is convenient to go out for shopping and eating. The obelisk is just five minutes away, and it is not too far to walk to the main attractions. The front desk customer service is serious and enthusiastic, very familiar with the business, and communicates smoothly in English. The buffet breakfast variety is OK, and the service is also good. There are many resting places in the lobby, and free luggage storage for guests. When the electric kettle in the room broke down, I notified the front desk and it was quickly handled and I was satisfied. Next time I have the opportunity, I will still come to this hotel and recommend it to friends. I feel that the cost performance is indeed high

The hotel is in a prime location, between various attractions. The room is spacious, the shower water is large, and it is very comfortable to wash. The bed is wide, and the mattress and pillow are very comfortable. The breakfast is a Western breakfast, which is pretty good. There is a medium-sized supermarket next to the hotel that can basically solve daily life.

The biggest feature of Hotel 725 Europe is its convenient location. It is only 500 meters away from the Republic Square with the Obelisk. You can see the Obelisk right outside the door. It is also very close to Plaza de Mayo. It is only 200 meters away from Metro Station D. The room is clean and the bed sheets are very comfortable, clean and fresh.

The sound insulation is very poor, whether it is the traffic outside the window or the corridor outside the room door, it is very noisy. The room is small, the wooden floor is old and has a sinking feeling. The height difference from the toilet is a bit dangerous, so be careful when entering and exiting.
