Lovely hotel will stay again

Hotel is nice but the service is extremely terrible. They will charge your credit card without any consent. Frontdesk staff didn't actively provide any assistance and barely check you in. Please don't book this hotel. It's not worth it.

Excellent location, close to downtown Buenos Aires and Puerto Norte, making it easy to get in and out of the area by car or on foot. Ample parking. The breakfast was superb in both quality and quantity. Comfortable rooms and excellent bed and mattress. The staff was extremely friendly.

Not the most gorgeous views from the window, but the location is good, the room is clean, the staff is friendly. Overall, a decent hotel for little money.

Overall it's okay, but the shower head is too bad

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal, and it takes less than ten minutes to walk there. It is very close to the Plaza de Mayo, Avenue 9 de Julio, the Obelisk, and the Puerto Madero area on foot from the hotel. If you want to shop, you can go to the pedestrian street where the nearby Pacific Arcade is located. The hotel service is also very considerate. Seeing that you are a foreigner, they will take the initiative to call a taxi for you, so as to avoid poor communication with the taxi driver and avoid being ripped off by the taxi driver. Not all rooms are equipped with electric kettles. Compatriots who want to drink hot water can bring a thermos to the bar to ask for hot water.

Ctrip is very convenient

酒店位於比較核心和安全的區域，步行去各個景點比較方便，房間還挺寬敞的，早餐種類不多，阿根廷式的早餐可能吃不太慣，入住的時候酒店要按照天數收取按金，住的天數多的話按金很高，離開當天遇到銀行不上班就收不回來，對國外遊客來説很不方便。

酒店十分有年代感 所以難免會有些味道 酒店人員服務很熱情，可比肩五星酒店 去的時候門口在修路，所以不是很好出入，也有點臟亂，不知道要修多久

怎麼説呢……這個價格還是五星級的酒店，還能奢求更多麼？相比其他五星酒店，性價比高，而且離港區近。想去烏拉圭坐船也方便。

房間設施比較老，但服務很好，位置好，去哪裡都方便，puerto madero 就過個馬路，商場兩條街
