The staff refused to accept my ID because it was a copy of my digital license, and then had the audacity to claim my partner’s hard copy license wasn’t him—despite the fact that he has leukemia, which has affected his appearance. Their complete lack of empathy and rigid, nonsensical policies made what should have been a relaxing stay an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated with zero respect or basic human decency."

"A pleasant surprise. Tidy and spacious apartment about 100m from the beach. Gym, sauna and pool. Very friendly staff. The beach is superb with huge, gentle waves and warm water. Life savers right there. An RSL-run club is just off the beach and residents get 10% off. About 200m in the opposite direction is an absolutely enormous shopping complex. Mooloolaba is about 10 minutes drive away. This is the perfect situation. Each room has a fan and the main living area has aircon. Highly recommended."
