Hotel location is pretty good, not far from central at all, rooms needs to be fixed as it was loud noise during night time and every time use the toilet Breakfast is 19€ per person but I would not recommend it at all, very few options never see baffet that small Thanks for front desk supervisor mark who changed our stay, he’s very professional In general it’s not bad hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. First, the location is remote, not close to major attractions. Second, the hotel facilities are incomplete, lacking bathrobes and basic medical supplies (such as thermometers). The room also lacks a tourist guide or information about hotel services. Furthermore, upon entering the room, there were no slippers or toothbrushes. Disposables were only provided after asking the front desk. Third, the service was poor. Housekeeping left our clothes hanging on the dirty balcony glass. We only discovered this when we returned to the hotel that evening. We called the hotel for an explanation and apology, but have yet to receive a response. Overall, I highly recommend it. The room price is not cheap, but the experience is poor. For the price, it's better to stay at the Hilton, which is more centrally located.

Pros: Located in a residential area, quiet and safe. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is big and the facilities in the room are good. The hotel looks cool and new. Cons: It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the nearest subway. No one came to clean during the two nights. No slippers and bathrobes were provided. The door soundproofing is average.

The service is good and very friendly. I arrived at the hotel at around 9 o'clock in the morning. There was no room available. They said they would arrange it for me as soon as possible and left a phone number to call me. I thought it was just a casual remark, but I didn't expect that they would really call me more than an hour later to arrange for me to check in early. I give it a thumbs up! The location is not very convenient. It is a bit far from the main attractions. Basically, I have to walk to get around. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Capitol, but it is not far from the West Railway Station. I basically walk to the train station in the morning! The room is very quiet, the facilities are good, and the room is a little small!

The service attitude was very bad. There was no cubicle for the shower and toilet, so the water was all over the floor. They also changed our room type without permission. I booked it for two days, which was really depressing. It was especially inconvenient to get to the subway station.
