"Overall, it's pretty good. The second floor is under renovation, so the smell is a bit strong. There's a gym, an indoor swimming pool, and a common office area. The only downside is that the air conditioner in the rooms is extremely noisy, which affected my overall positive review."

"First impression upon arrival we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke as they allow smokng right at the front entrance. No ashtray so cigarette butts everywhere. We were greeted with "checking in", not welcome to our hotel or anything. The front desk person was nnot very friendly and you could tell she did not like her job. During our stay a storm shut down the computers for check in and she was cussing it right in front of customers. The hotel is tired and not maintained well. The office type roolling chair in our room was replaced with a standard confernce room type chair. We asked the maid if we could get a rollinng chair and she took one from another room and gave it to us. We were not made aware that the jacuzzi and swimming pool were shutdown unti we inquired. We were then told it has been shutdown since January due to some kids trashing them. Really!!! how long does it take to fix a jacuzzi and pool and where was security when the kids were doing this. Oh, I forgot there is no security at this hotel. The hotel does a robust wedding business but do not have the staff to take care of their hotel. Lots of broken chairs and floor tiles. The desk light in our room was not working and after the maint, person replaced the lightbulb he told us he had to take the entire console down to fix it whiich he never did. I thought Marriott had higher standards for their Courtyard group but not at this hotel."

"The surrounding environment is really beautiful, especially the houses in the small town, which are very unique. The hotel rooms are quite large, and it takes 10 to 25 minutes to go shopping in the surrounding supermarkets. The only drawback is that the surrounding shops close very early..."
