This is a truly beautiful hotel with friendly & professional staff who have been well trained to deliver exceptional service. The hotel is in a great location next to Cismigiu Park & only around 20minutes walk to the old town. We had a Grand Executive Suite which was stunning, finished to a very high standard & perfectly designed. We dined in the hotel restaurant the first night we arrived, the food was of a very high standard, tasty & well presented. We had the Epoque breakfast every day which was served by a cheerful & friendly team, giving us a great start to the day. All in all a great experience worth every penny, don’t hesitate to book this hotel if you are visiting Bucharest!

Choose this hotel for your trip to Bucharest. Our experience here from start to finish was exceptional. Staff go the extra mile for you. The facilities and rooms are stunning. The location is also great. We had a Junior Suite and we were amazed by how big the rooms were. We had room service one night which was also fantastic (the pasta was 10/10). Just a note, do not order takeaway food to the hotel as you will be charged €150. My only minor negative is not all features in the spa/pool area were functional. A couple of the water falls in the heater pool, the shower did not work. Other than that, it was really relaxing! When we return to Bucharest we will definitely stay here again.

This was an exceptional hotel. Great location near the park and walkable to restaurants and sights. The room was fantastic. We were greeted with a welcome drink. Staff couldn't have been more helpful with helping us navigate the train schedules. The bar area is super comfortable and elegant

We are currently staying at the hotel and I just wanted to express our thanks to the staff having stayed at many places over the years in different countries. I can honestly say the staff here are by far the most helpful and friendly that we have ever encountered the room is exceptional we cannot fault the hotel. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the old town to staff are a complete credit to the hotel.

We’re currently staying at this hotel (sadly leaving today!) in Room 107 and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We came for my birthday and tied it in with a visit to Therme Spa. From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. Edward has been a real highlight—his warm smile, helpful advice, and great directions made everything so easy. He’s truly an amazing addition to the hotel. The location is also great—just a short walk into the old centre with plenty of eateries, funky bars, and lots of options to explore. Everyone we’ve met has been kind, helpful, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back! – Katrina & Luke

This is a delightful hotel, situated in a quiet part of Bucharest, very close to a lovely park. The building itself is beautiful and the room I stayed in was very grand. I had a very nice stay here and all the staff were helpful, assisting me with booking taxis and other queries. I especially enjoyed sitting outside the front of the hotel whilst eating breakfast, which was delicious and came with plenty of choices.

Hidden gem
Best hotel so far in Bucharest, best service, best sleeping quality, definitely would come back for Spa, which I did not manage to visit.
