It was nice for the price, the room was big and tidy.
The location was perfect just 2 stations by metro to the centre.
The breakfast was okay.
All in all we can definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel! Perfect location, very close to the centers of interest in Bucharest. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed but they come every night to clean the rooms!

Absolutely terrible experience ! Staff are incredibly rude and so so so angry! Seriously i was in tears one night because the receptionist was behaving so rudely and all we were trying to ask for is some teabags! I cannot explain how much tourists are an inconvenience to the staff at this hotel! When i complained about the two nights we were there for ( both days found terrible service) via email to the manager he wrote back to me this reply, ( got my name wrong - im not mrs smith and he knows my name as i wrote several emails to complain and obvs signed my full name at the end ) : “ Hello Mrs Smith, I am at reception now and when you have checked out, after I read your e-mail, I have not understood why you prefer to write and not to complain directly with me. Anyway, I am sorry if you were suffering for the behave of my employee. According to out rate I believe that this is a singular case and I am sure you will be more comfortable in another hotel, not in our anymore. Best regards. Osvaldo Iandolo Manager “ Trust me ! This is a nice enough hotel for the price you pay. 15 min walk to the old town, nice restaurant just next door, free breakfast is basic but enough to sustain. Daily cleaning is minimal, only noticed them fold the bathmat, bin wasn’t emptied and bed not made. In our room the bed sounded like it was breaking every time we moved so sleep was minimal. The worst part is the ‘aircon’ system, you cannot change the temperature and it’s set to 21 degrees as standard!! So you have the option of being far too warm, or opening the balcony doors and having all the street noise and light come in, as well as the worry that any of the adjacent rooms could step over the divide between the balconies and come in.

Struttura va bene per 2 o 3 giorni in città tranquilla letti comodi, ci siamo trovati molto bene, dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, se pulissero le stanze con maggiore attenzione sarebbe ottimo. Ci sono cose che vengono trascurate bisogna fare un pochino di manutenzione

Struttura ben posizionata a pochi passi dal centro, poiché, la sporcizia nelle camere regna sovrana!! Le camere non vengono pulite e i bagni schifosamente lo stesso. Servizi non completi (tazze, tazzine asciugamani e tante altre cose) Ciabatte in dotazione pessime. PENSO DI NON RITORNARE MAI PIÙ MA LA PROSSIMA ANDARE IN UN HOTEL DEGNO DI ESSERE CHIAMATO CON IL SUO NOME
