We spent one night at the hotel, and we had a pleasant experience. We arrived rather late in the evening, and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Tbe same can be said about her colleague, the next day. The room was fine and we appreciated the fact that we were able to park our car during our stay in Bucharest. Overall, we had a fine experience.

C'est avec un grand plaisir que je suis revenu à l'hôtel. Les employés sont très sympathiques en particulier ceux du restaurant au 1er Étage. Très professionnels et courtois : Seraphine, Nooly, Aurélie, Alain mais également l'ensemble des jeunes serveurs et les cuisiniers en plus de l'encadrement Je recommande fortement cet hôtel au centre de Kinshasa la Gombe, pour la qualité du service qui est donné.

Contrat fallacieux ne respectant pas les termes convenus. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir payer 355€ en plus alors que nous étions assures d'avoir payé toutes les charges amont de notre séjour. Contactés depuis Barcelone puis notre arrivée à Marseille, les "experts"m'ont carrément raccroché au nez me laissant me débrouiller avec MSC qui nous consignait a bord pour le paiement de la somme imposée. Nous avons du nous endetté pour pouvoir descendre du bateau... Une honte Si la page des experts croisière vous croise, FUYEZ .

Horreur l hôtel le plus horrible jamais vu. Clim hs ,cles ne fonctionnent pas, feu dans le ryads 1100 a 1120, seul le vigile a été héroïque même le patron ne sait pas sorti du lit pour venir voir rien a faire les cocktails sont horribles du sucre liquide, le personnel fait ce qu il peut les pauvres. Le restaurant annexe est fermé pas une journée sans des clients mécontents à l accueil. Je ne comprends pas comment les voyagistes peuvent envoyer leurs clients dans une arnaque pareil. Le leclerc, carrefour fram, opodo......

Personnels tres a l ecoute.pres a ce plier en quatres pour faire plaisir .toujours avec le sourire. Le chef cuisinier jonathan.adorable. toujours une attention pour nous faire des petits plats typique mauricien.le chef pâtissier ruben au top des gâteaux varies tout les soirs.bonne ambiance conviviale .les serveurs tres cools .l acceuille de tina a la reception.et son sourire super agreable . Petit bemol pour le petit resto. "cote nou "repas a revoir.sur la plage nous vous conseillons Mickaël qui vous proposera sans obligations de super excursions. Ile au cerf et autres.... les mauriciens sont des gens tres souriants et conviviaux. Je conseille vivement cette hotel magnifique petite structure dans un ecrin de verdure .des chambres superbes digne d un bon 4 etoiles +.

J’ai pas pris de mauvaises vacances j’espère pouvoir réserver pour l’année prochaine et prolonger mon séjour j’ai plus d’une semaine car c’était trop peu j’aimerai pouvoir juste mieux apprendre mon anglais car personne ne parle un mon français
