ブカレストの主要駅である北駅に近いので、電車での旅行や郊外都市や空港へのアクセスは良く便利ではあるが、ブカレスト観光においては観光スポットあるいはレストラン等が近隣に少ない印象。
ホテル自体は清潔だし朝食も十分満足できる水準。
目の前にあるバーガーレストランは良かった。

You get what you pay for. Very little amenities in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows.
However, good AC & WiFi, incredible customer service, decent breakfast and the location is convenient with the metro and main train station just outside. Breakfast was below average

The hotel was nicely located near the train station but a bit out of the city center. The rooms had space and we're clean even though the decoration looks a lot like an highschool rather then a hotel. The breakfast was ok but the staff was not so nice.

Individual control over the temperature of the air coming through the vent.When I asked Reception how I could stop the hot air coming through the vent &
make it cooler air, they said they couldn’t do anything about it but just to turn off the air con altogether.I did that, but the hot room made it hard to get to sleep.

I was really satisfied with my room. The staff really quickly helped with air conditioning heat. And I've got one more night in the same room because my flight was delayed.

まず簡易スリッパがないことに驚きました。
次にトイレとバスルームのドアが閉まらないので不便でした、ドアノブが取れたままだからです。
常に閉めても隙間が空いた状態なので、バスルームから水が部屋へ流れます。
トイレもドアが閉まらないので1人の宿泊ならいいですが、音が漏れて気になりました。
２泊しましたが、ホテルのスタッフからは部屋の清掃はゴミの回収とタオル交換だけで、シーツの交換はなく、３日ごとに交換するのでベッドに触れることもありません
と言われました。
ですが、シーツの交換はなかったにしても、一台のベッドだけベッドメーキングされており、もう一台の方はされてなかったので、せめて統一して欲しかったです、もやもやします。
アメニティの方も、今まで宿泊したホテルにはシャンプーとボディソープのせめて２種類が備え付けられていましたが、１つしかなかったので、尋ねたところ、ボディソープとシャンプー併用出来るというような回答が返って来ましたが、それは特に問題なく使えました。

El servicio de trip.com es muy malo, escasa o nula ayuda.
Del hotel lo mismo, envié mails a diferentes direcciones que aparecen el a pagina web y no funcionan. Finalmente a la que si funcionan no me contestaron.
No recomiendo este hotel, la atención al cliente es mala.
