The buffet breakfast has great choices of food. The lobby provides iced water refill which is very convenient to guests.

We stayed at the hotel during a family vacation, and the experience exceeded all expectations! The room was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. The hotel staff is courteous, professional and available for any request — always with a smile and a sense of genuine care. The hotel facilities are very well-invested in. The breakfast is varied, fresh and rich in flavors. The lobby and public areas also maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel's location is excellent — accessible to the main attractions but quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of high-level quality, service and comfort. No compromises

Food and service was great. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. The jacuzzi was not in operation. Location is perfect for exploring Old Town.

An exceptional stay in the heart of Bucharest! I loved my stay at the Grand Hotel Bucharest. The location is perfect, right in the city center, with breathtaking views of the city. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff is professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied and of high quality. Special mention goes to the spa and indoor pool; a truly relaxing experience after a busy day. I will definitely return!

We loved the room, the mattress was amazing, the room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The Smart TV was also very useful and easy to set up. However, we had several quite annoying problems, the first was not being informed that the gym and spa/pool would not be available during our stay. Nothing was done to help or clarify the situation and we had to pay for a private gym outside the hotel, chosen by us, without any help from reception. These were two factors that made us choose this place and without them the hotel is too expensive!! The bidet was broken from the start, we asked for it to be repaired and went for a walk. Upon arrival they said that the technician had already been there, which was impossible as the valve was still the same and the bidet was clogged/filled with the same water as in the morning. Then another technician came who said it was fine having to tell him that as soon as it was used it would stick the valve again and not drain water which happened! We didn't let you leave the room without checking and after seeing it with your own eyes you understood. They said they would fix it the next morning but nothing was done. Once again they showed no empathy or willingness to solve the problem. Another issue is that whenever they cleaned the room they only put one bath towel (even though there were 2 of us) often the towels didn't arrive and the bathrobes given on the first day were never replaced after being sent to be washed. Every time we took a shower we had to call because there were no towels. Breakfast however is a differentiator! The staff are very friendly and the food is wonderful, a good mix of local culture and international varieties.

Good option in the center of Bucharest. Stayed for one night. Liked everything. The rooms were spacious. The room was quiet. Lived on the 14th floor, great view!

We booked the hotel through Trip.com. Overall, the hotel was perfectly fine. Good location, clean, and friendly staff. However, what I find disgraceful is that Trip.com failed to mention anywhere during the booking process that the entire spa and fitness area were under renovation. This is precisely why we booked the hotel, and it should have been mentioned during the booking process! Unfortunately, it's also not possible to contact Trip.com via email to discuss possible compensation. It's a real shame.

Overall, everything is good, the rooms are a bit tired, old doors. Cleaning - every day is different, sometimes they don't put a towel for your feet, sometimes they don't update the consumables in the bathroom. The location is great, the view from the windows to the city is beautiful.

Minibar is empty. Kettle doesn't work. Toilet is thin from neighbor's toilet. Bathtub is too high. Only one towel for double room. The hotel is listed as 5 stars, price is also 5 stars, but I feel like I'm in a 3 star hotel

The facilities and decoration are relatively old, and there are few guests. The advantage is the good location, convenient to various attractions, and the National Grand Theater is close at hand. The cost performance is not high.
