Only problem no elevator

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no staff present at any point during my stay. When I arrived, the entrance was locked and I stood outside with my luggage for over 30 minutes. I couldn’t call local numbers, so I had to wait for a stranger to pass by and kindly let me use their phone. Only then was I able to reach someone from the hotel. Shockingly, the person on the phone gave that stranger instructions on how to open the door and get the key — which was just sitting on an open desk inside, along with all the other room keys, completely unsecured. It felt unsafe, unprofessional, and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no one to welcome me, no help provided at all, and checking out was just as awkward — I left the key on the desk and walked out without ever seeing a single staff member. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such a good reputation. My experience was disorganized, impersonal, and borderline negligent. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Clean and comfortyable I have stayed here six times. Staff are always very helpful and friend. The property is very clean and comfortable. I would stay again and would recommend.

Clean and comfortable. The hotel is exceptioanlly clean and very new. There is a kettle in the room and also complementary water. Staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the showers are very good. This is my second visit to this hotel and I would be happy to stay again and would recommend it.
