Great location and friendly staff. Very close to Buan Bus Terminal, shops, food places and the markets. The room was clean but housekeeping is completed early so when we left each morning (normally around 9am) the other rooms had already been cleaned by then so we missed out. However they did leave new towels and water outside the room for us, which was nice. FYI, no elevator just in case you have heavy luggage (we were ok with the stairs).
