The shower head fell off my head in the shower room. I filed complaint right away through trip.com, but this hotel claimed that I lodged complaint after arrival. Seriously what is wrong with neglectful people of the world always keeping up with bigotries and lies??

해안산책로 이용하면 격포해수욕장, 채석강 구경하기 좋아요.
시설이 살짝 노후화하긴 했지만 사용하긴 불편하진 않았고요.
하지만...침구류에서 냄새나고 머리카락, 먼지가 엄청 나더라고요.
교체한 침구에서도 냄새나고 먼지 많은건 그대로 였습니다.
기본 청소도 제대로 되어있지 않아서 먼지 쌓여있는 곳이 많은게...위생이 정말 별로였어요.
