"We got there and our room smelled absolutely horrible like pet urine. We asked to get a new room and we were met with attitude. She told us all the rooms are pet rooms and that there was only one other room available. We took it and it smelled bad also but not as severe as the first room. When I tried to take a shower, the shower head sprayed everywhere but where it needed to resulting in a terrible shower and a soaking wet mess on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was also installed inside out. The air conditioning produced such an awful noise that it kept us up in the night. The only reason we didn’t switch hotels was that we were exhausted after traveling over 15 hours. Very disappointing experience"

The rooms were clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The breakfast was incredibly generous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The service was also attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
