We’ve booked this hotel since it’s very close the Flixbus stop (400m). The room was not super clean but the size was alright. Overall it was a good experience

Hello I’ve been there last week with my brother so I arrived at the hotel around midnight and I wanna check in so I’ve waited so long about that. The hotel was so big and looks great. In my room was a bit dirty and my room dont have AC! So it’s my bad I didn’t read in description they dont have AC but my room has a big fan and yess pretty loud when we slept

The hotel itself was truly impressive. The lobby was bright, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming first impression. The room was spacious with stylish décor, comfortable furniture, and a well-maintained bathroom equipped with quality amenities. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. The dining area was elegant, offering a pleasant space to enjoy meals. Facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and lounge were well-kept and convenient for guests. Every corner of the hotel seemed carefully designed with comfort in mind. Overall, the hotel delivered a perfect balance of elegance and functionality.

The hotel is spacious and very well-located, with excellent access to public transportation and Flexbus connections. Unfortunately, the positive aspects stop there. Cleanliness was extremely poor—almost non-existent in some areas. Under the bed was full of dust, and the entire room felt unclean. If you have allergies or asthma, I strongly advise against staying here. I even found blood stains and hair on the pillows, suggesting that either the sheets and pillowcases were not changed, or they were changed but not properly cleaned. The front desk staff were friendly and somewhat helpful, which I appreciated. However, the coffee machine in the lobby was out of service, so don't expect a morning coffee. Also, the room lacked basic amenities like cups or glasses for water or coffee—only a few sachets of instant coffee, which were not useful without anything to drink from. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they seriously improve their cleanliness and basic services.

The hotel located close to north station , which is very easy to access to most of attractions. Good to use this hotel for future trips.

Very good location to say . And amazing environment

This hotel has a reasonable price for the room that big, but the location is certainly not the most preferable. The quality of the room is the bare minimum, the lamp on the table won't work, no water boiler, no fridge and the toilet is full of stains. We added on the breakfast for the last day, the food choices were quite limited and dull.

I'm sad just because of the cleanliness. I made the request and they only brought towels and toilet paper. And they didn't bother to take out the trash from room 3127.

Expensive parking and the rooms have no air conditioning, no fridges or tea kettles. We booked three rooms which one of them had no toilet paper

Overall good choice, very good location with proximity to train and metro stations. One big shortfall which is the room cleaning services no clear information given during check in about the instruction for the room cleaning. In the second day aftetnoon i went  to reception inquiring about the room cleaning when i noticed in out return from outside that the room was not cleaned, they told me to make an order the night before at reception, so i told them please register a request for a room cleaning for tomorrow. However on thirday the room was not cleaned. When i went in the afternoon to complain they said there is a Q bar code in the room i need to scan and register online for the next day service. I went back to the room and I did logged a request for the next day but still the room was not cleaned. Very disappointing and it looks the reception staff they don’t know anything

Hotel is not far away from Brussels central, is safe to go back in late evening, even no public transportation. I enjoyed my stay!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet at night, which made for a comfortable rest.
