Great service and amazing location! The room was really comfy and I love the idea of a water fountain instead of plastic bottle water.

Great sized rooms with sofa beds. Breakfast was very expensive. Good location.

Decent hotel in a perfect location. Staff however are very unprofessional and not so friendly. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff didn’t acknowledge my family and I and continued to have a conversation amongst themselves. This was very rude and when I made them aware of this, they didn’t even bother to apologise.

We keep coming back to this hotel for many years as it is perfect for our family. Paid park is right in front of the hotel with reasonable price. It takes less than 10 mins walk to reach the central. The hotel is newly renovated, clean & lovely.

The location is very good. It is much more spacious and tidy than expected. Bruges is a retro town. I didn't expect to have such a large hotel in the center. The underground is the central parking lot. Self-driving parking is safe and reliable. It costs 17 euros a night, which is cheap. The room is not too big or small, and the breakfast is rich. There is a supermarket outside the door, where you can replenish water and snacks. It is enough to walk to other attractions.

The hotel is very clean, the room is quiet, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and if I come to Bruges again in the future, I will choose to stay here again.
