It took a long time to find. The street address is WRONG. It should be Telita Street, off Cooinda St. The reception is called the Glasshouse, next to Domino’s.
That’s where you check in and out. Staff were very good and the unit was clean and comfortable. Happy to recommend.

Disgusting. I stayed there and is was appalling. Management should be sacked and there should be an investigation. Do not stay here! I stayed here and the c9bdition were appalling. I complained and eventually had to leave. The charged me over a $1000 to break the least. The worst management ever. They are taking advantage of international students.

Great walk to the Westfield in Belconnen and otherwise an easy access to scooters to get where you want to go, good ol' uni students in a share dorm so if you're an old codger that likes quiet then you won't want to be here, because uni students lol
Was a bit annoyed with the boom gates to get in/out of the parking lot as it never worked and needed to ring the office to be let in/out, but otherwise not shabby, Hella comfy bed

The showers need a really good clean. Obvious maintenance problems not looked at. In general cheap nice just needs some up keep.

Stayed one night in double room in an apartment containing 5 other rooms sharing 2 bathrooms, which was more than enough. Place was immaculately tidy, clean and fittings relatively modern. After-hours check in was done with the college RA, who was welcoming and helpful. Good price for a good room.

Everything good except strong stench smell as we entered the apartment with all windows closed. We found the smell came from the drain in the shower. Probably the property was vacant for a while.
