Air conditioner not functioning properly water leaking all over floor hair in shower beds not comfortable terrible breakfast

The 1st night was peaceful but the 2nd night the couple in the room next to me were fighting. I went to the front desk to complain and nothing happened. About 15 minutes later the fighting continued. I called the front desk and the clerk came upstairs. He knocked on 1 door and the person stated it was the room next door. Of course the people fighting heard the clerk talking to the other room so when he knocked on their door they said everything was okay. Worthless, security should have came upstairs and listened and then confronted the occupants. No use complaining when nothing is done. In hi dsight I should have called 911 and let the police handle it.

Pros: we could pay extra to bring our dogs (but they can’t be in or near the food areas including seating), the ac’s were fabulous (we had a long hot day and the ac just about froze us which was so nice), breakfast was good (cereal, waffles, muffins, orange juice and apple juice). The staff we interacted with were very nice. Cons: rooms smelled like cigarettes (we called down and they said they’d let housekeeping know), there was a small bug on the bed (not a bed bug), beds were uncomfortable (I didn’t realize hotels still had inter spring mattresses…but this one did. There was no topper or anything to make it more comfortable), bathroom was small (door hit toilet in bathroom) and the toilet paper in weird location (you had to turn around to reach it- my 18 year old’s biggest complaint). FYIs: water gets very hot very quickly in faucets and showers

We stayed here for two nights for our son’s college graduation. The hotel was full, but our stay was great. Our room was nice and a good size to share with 3 people. Walter (I think that was his name) at the front desk was awesome! He was on shift when we checked in and really helpful since we had 3 rooms booked and I was trying to coordinate different check in times. He was there both nights and super helpful answering questions about places to eat. The pool was nice, we used it to relax and spend family time together. The location was great as Walmart is literally almost next door along with several restaurants.

Judy was so kind at check-in and hospitable. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Very conveniently located.

Easy to get to and friendly staff. The sound-deadening wasn’t the greatest.
