"I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson! Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!"

"I booked the hotel on trip.com, not thinking or looking at the policies. Just needing a quick hotel for the drive we were about to make. Next morning our flight was cancelled, and I tried to cancel the hotel. Trip.com tried to help as much as possible, asking for cancellation texts and rescheduled flights, but they were unable to persuade the hotel. It screams greedy and not for their people. I will not be staying there ever, and nor should you!"

"The hotel I stayed at this time was strategically located, close to the subway station and the surrounding business district, and convenient for travel and shopping. The design of the room is simple and elegant, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are full of light, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities such as smart toilets and Bluetooth speakers show the quality. The reception is warm and professional, and the luggage storage and attractions are provided actively; the breakfast is rich in variety, and the local specialty snacks and Western-style meals are reasonably matched. The overall hygiene is clean and tidy, there is no dead end, the sound insulation effect is good at night, and the price/performance ratio exceeds expectations. It is an ideal choice for business travel and leisure vacation."
