We had an incredible stay at Hotel Vallea Bromont by Hilton Tapestry. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable – exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. We felt right at home. The breakfast was a highlight – absolutely delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety for everyone. Whether you like something healthy, hearty, or sweet, they’ve got you covered. You can really feel the quality and care in every bite. The staff was welcoming and professional, always going the extra mile. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of. Honestly, I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and they just don’t match the experience we had. Sometimes people focus on little things and miss the bigger picture – which here is truly wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel – can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was nice; the customer service could have been better. The first room we were assigned had a non-functioning Heat/AC unit. I reported it and we were encouraged by the front desk rep to stay in the room the 1st night. I asked to be moved even though it was annoying to pack everything back up it was unseasonably warm and would have been difficult to sleep. The second room was as expected. Advertising misrepresented the hotels surroundings. There was no desk in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for the price but, again, misrepresented in photos.

We really liked this hotel, walking distance to shopping mall, some family restaurants and two other restaurants-wine bar and pub. Front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. Stayed here at beginning of our trip and again on the way back. Would recommend Le Roux for dinner, but need a reservation. Definitely going to stay here again. Elodie at front desk remembered us when we returned a week later- excellent service.
