This hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the staff were very very friendly and knew the history of the hotel which was fun to learn about. Unfortunately, we arrived late at night and had to leave early so we didn't get to enjoy the restaurant or bar. We still had a very enjoyable experience. Our room was spotless (I clean houses professionally and am very picky in this department) and everything was comfortable. I hope we have the chance to stay here again! They should sell the key chains! I would have loved to have one to take home.

Spacious for same price
Place is obviously converted apartments. Very roomy, and the kitchenette is so nice to have for the same price as surrounding hotels. Bed is comfortable. On site restaurant and bar/grill. We booked an extra night and would stay again!

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. If you do stay there, do not book 3rd party or they use that as an out to not have to provide customer service.
We booked a room on the historic side. I did expect it to be old and different than modern hotels. However, the room smelled and looked like the carpet had not been replaced in 100 years. It smelled very stale. I’m usually not one to over complain about small things but it was so offensively strong I could hardly sleep. When I called the front desk I was told I could not move rooms, even if I was willing to pay the difference, because I booked 3rd party and their “computer wouldn’t let them”
The breakfast area did not look clean either. The waffle batter machine was broken so they has a pitcher of batter out but it looked like it was just dry and thick like it had been sitting out for hours.
When I told the front desk I was ending my stay early they didn’t even ask why or offer to make it right.

Beautiful restored hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. Excellent resturant with a great menu and lots of choices. We ate there every meal.

I've wanted to stay at the Arrow for years and was happy to finally have a chance. I appreciated the historic architecture and an opportunity to support its preservations. No complaints about the room at all. FYI it is kind of an awkward configuration because the tiny rooms of the original hotel have been conjoined, with load-bearing walls still in place. Had an easy check-in; ate dinner at the restaurant where I appreciated the very attentive waitress. Big plus is the parking garage during hail season!

I love the Arrow Hotel. I'd previously stayed in the original hotel and fell in love with the rooms. This time I stayed in the East hotel and it's just as thoughtful and beautiful, maintaining the elegance of the original. Very happy with awesome beds, refrigerator, Kuerigs, hot water, wifi. It's so nice to have the pub at the hotel, and breakfast is nice. The Arrow is a major reason I look forward to Broken Bow. It's a classic hotel of the highest regard and I encourage you to enjoy some nights there.

I wasn't expecting to find a place like the Arrow Hotel in a small town like Broken Bow, but man, was I impressed. This place has character—like, actual history and charm, not that fake old-timey stuff slapped together with barnwood wallpaper.
The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a vintage style that felt more classy than kitschy. The bed was super comfortable, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Wi-Fi? Solid. Water pressure? Excellent. Sleep? Uninterrupted.
The attached restaurant and bar were way better than I expected. The food was legit tasty (you gotta try the prime rib if it’s on special), and the atmosphere made it feel like a local favorite, not just a hotel afterthought.
But the best part? The staff. Friendly without being fake, helpful without hovering, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they give a damn about the place and the people staying there.
If you're passing through, visiting family, or just exploring the lesser-known parts of Nebraska, the Arrow Hotel is 100% worth the stop. It’s a perfect mix of old-school charm and modern comfort. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Temp in room stayed cooled all night couldn't get room to warm up. Booking was done wrong ended up having to stay two days because of mix up.
