While entering and leaving the elevators, my husband was slammed 3 different times with the closing door. He held his hand in front of the door, which should have stopped it, but it didn't stop until it hit his arm. He is a big man and wasn't injured bad, but I would worry about children and elder adults being knocked down by such a situation!

Brandi was helpful during check in. The room was comfortable. I was charged for incidentals, it's been a long time, but oh well. Breakfast was very much lacking. Good thing Wendy's eas next door. Otherwise a nice stay.

The staff was very helpful and the room very nice. The view was pleasant. The room very clean and well stocked. Location from the airport was great. Noise level was wonderful. Location was right next to our destination and restaurants were close. Landscaping was beautiful.

Was nice location and great staff. We walked and rented a car to get around. Cleanliness was ok. Room was spacious. Atmosphere was lovely. In general we loved Tulsa and it's people, very welcoming and friendly.

We stayed at the LQ while in BA for a family wedding. Check-in was abrupt, not friendly. Refrigerator in room was not stable and had to be held with both hands to open. Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken, had to go to 1st floor to get ice. Buffet was subpar, with minimal food choices, out of OJ on 2nd day. Threshold from floor to carpet in room had a sharp piece on edge and had to be covered. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way and therefore leaked water on floor with every use. Room had a sour odor. Carpet in public areas appeared to be dirty and not vacuumed. Overall a bad experience and since we come to BA often to see family, we will never book the LQ again.

The staff was quick and easy to work with. I’m kind of picky about the places I stay, so all the dirt and splatters on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom really got to me. If you don’t mind little things, it was a nice place to stay; complimentary breakfast and easy check in. It was great as a last minute option.
