Our hotel is conveniently located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma near Jenks, Sand Springs, downtown Tulsa and Owasso. Our Homewood Suites hotel offers a variety of suite types. There are 55 two-room suites, 39 with king beds and 16 with double queen beds, 41 king studio suites and three deluxe two-bedroom suites. All suites have a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa sleeper, dining table and desk. (No desk in King 1 bedroom suites.) We offer more standard amenities including complimentary high-speed internet access and our guests appreciate a complimentary hot breakfast served seven days a week and a Welcome Home Reception on Wednesdays. While in Oklahoma our business center is available 24-hours a day. Enjoy our Suite Shop stocked with snacks and sundries and the convenience of our coin-op laundry on site. 房間很大，還是一室一廳的套房，帶有小廚房，自己弄點簡單吃的還是可以的。環境也很好，安靜。早餐的話，對於我們講究吃的四川人來説，衹是能吃。附近就有重慶人開的川菜館，還可以的。

Hotel is being renovated and my room had not yet been renovated. However, it was clean and comfortable - just with outdated furniture and lighting. This hotel has elevators in two locations. Unfortunately one set was out-of-order for my entire stay. The working set was nowhere near my room so I used the stairs. The hallways were ridiculously warm but that is probably because of the in and out of the renovation workers. The AC in my room was good. Breakfast was the low point of this stay. Usually Hilton brand complementary breakfast are in point but this one was lacking. Lukewarm eggs, undesirable meat, few cereal options. I’d skip this breakfast.

The staff were kind and courteous. The pillows had a "laid on them" smell. There were" small "splatters" throughout the room. And a MOUSE was in our room, going through our trash!! This has never happened to us in all our travel experience.

There was only ac in the rooms. There was dirt, dust, noise and fumes from renovation. The room we were given was something out of a nightmare. The door was open and already unlocked. We found dead bugs, the walls were stained, vents were dripping, everything was dirty, smelt like paint, dust, dirt and cigarettes. The couch-bed, was horrific. I’ve seen better on the side of the road. The “clean” shower had hairs in it. The staff were kind and offered other rooms, these were equally terrible. We had to find another hotel to stay, which thankfully was a dream. They should be ashamed for taking people’s money/reservations in the condition this hotel was in.

I cannot stress enough that the staff were the best part of this stay. I am well aware that this was a more economical choice which I will consider next time. However, we booked a suite with pull out couch and it was the most raggedy couch/mattress and room I’ve ever seen. There were questionable stains everywhere and we did not feel comfortable in the room at all. Luckily the front desk was able to move us to a different room that was in decent condition but less privacy since it was a different type of room. I was put off by the place the rest of the stay but I will say it is the most affordable option outside of a motel for a quick stay and like I said, the staff was very helpful. Would not return but will acknowledge convenience of location & affordability.

For being a hilton hotel it was one of the worst ones we stayed at. We didn't know they were under renovations when we booked our stay. The first room they put us in had water coming down the wall in the bathroom . So the office manager moved us to a new room, that new had water damage and mold growing in it. The office manager moved us back to the original room letting us know that they fix the problem. She was really nice and helpful .The pool was really small for the amount of people in it. It also smelt like dirty feet and chlorine.

Been here two weeks, I’m only staying here because my company put me here, otherwise I’d go elsewhere. They don’t clean or restock the room unless you tell them. All of our group got charged $729 to our cards for some reason. The breakfast is mediocre at best. I see sketchy people coming and going propping the door open that should be locked for security. I had a contractor enter my room by mistake that is renovating the rooms around me.

Bed bugs in multiple rooms, manager Zahir Poonawala was no where to be found even after requested help from nice lady at front desk, other people checking out also complaining about bed bugs at check out, ownership of hotel is a secret, not posted as normal hotel, asked housekeeping about bed bugs and they laughed at me-
