We dont get to stay at the albion that often, but when we do it never lets us down.The room was very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed.And the best experiences are the staff they always accommodate and are really friendly.

Appalling place. Customer service is dreadfull. Don't expect to get a drink too soon whilst at bar. Narman ignores you, no eye contact , and continues to do a mini top up of bottles rather than serve you. When he eventually did all er got wad a 'Yes' Silly me for just standing there waiting.

Walked in early evening, on a Sunday, no booking. Had a delicious roast meal sat outside and overlooking Viking bay. Great view, but seagulls can be quite a nuisance if plates left with food on them!

This is heaven on earth! We are so happy here. The location is idyllic. The rooms are so comfy and clean. Beautiful views, so generously provided and the staff are so kind and gracious. I wish I could remember all the names, but you will maybe remember my daughter and I ( flowers in room) and I say a personal thank you. We mention in particular Hermes in the restaurant! So charming. They are all so professional and warm. Give them a pay rise! Better than 5 star hotel in New York! Must not forget the fantastic food! Best fish anywhere! If you don’t live it here, look to yourself it is wonderful.

At the hotel there are a few area's that are patially worn but this does not deter from the super service we received from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Other people have mentioned that they had a terrible breakfast, this was not true on our stay with the choice and quality of the incredients used were to a high standard. I had been in catering for over thirty years and the meals we had at breakfast and snacks in the evening were hot and to a very good quality. The service from the bar was also very good with very good quality drinks from the Shepherd Neame branded drinks. We had a sea view with deck chairs on the balcolney and spent over 2 hours resting in this very comfortable beds overlooking Viking Bay. If you are looking for a very good quality hotel in Kent look no further. We were able to park free 5 minutes away

It’s a grubby/ dirty and in places filthy place that needs a very good clean, bedrooms communal areas There’s no parking despite request for car registration when you book Breakfasts are passable. Good coffee/ pastries tho cold baked beans aren’t nice Definitely not worth £200 per night

We visited last night as a family, ordered a bottle of wine at the bar but when they bought it to our table it was already open and a glass had already been drunk! We took it back to the bar to be given a very dirty look like he assumed we had drunk it. Waited for another bottle only to be given a warm one with no ice bucket. Another member of staff then found us an ice bucket but not apology given, we then decided not to stay for dinner and went elsewhere
